How to start a return or exchange

1. Locate your order - Click on Order Status or click on My Account and select Order History

2. Select your items you wish to return or exchange. 

3. Print your return label. Pack up your items and drop them in the mail or your local USPS facility. 

Once your return has been processed, we will send you a Return Notification email. Please allow 1-3 business days for refunds to be received to your original form of payment. 

Return Policy

Leto Collection will gladly accept unworn, unwashed, or defective merchandise purchased on letocollection.com within 30 days. Once 30 days have passed from time of receipt, all sales are considered final.
